- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am surprised by the negative reviews. We come to the Outer Banks about 4 times a year and I always stop in at the Beach Pharmacy. They have a little bit of everything, like what used to be called a "Dime Store" or a "Variety" Store when I was young. Pharmacy items mixed in with a little bit of everything from baby clothes to touristy bobbles to office supplies It's a great little place and we like supporting a local shop.November 11, 2017by Suzanne Demetree
